Dr. Astrid Mulkers graduated as a hospital doctor in 2016 and continued her training as a physician specialist in Gynecology-Obstetrics at the University of Ghent with internships at AZ Sint-Jan Brugge-Oostende, AZ Delta, Medisch Spectrum Twente (NL), AZ Maria Middelares and UZ Gent.
She obtained her degree as a physician specialist in gynecology-obstetrics and joined the Gynecology-obstetrics department of AZ Damiaan Oostende in 2021.
During her training, Dr. Mulkers developed a special interest in reproductive medicine. She was additionally trained at the department of reproductive medicine at UZ Gent and continues to work closely with UZ Gent for the initiation and follow-up of fertility treatments.
